Job Description



As the Operations Coordinator, your duties will include spearheading the various teams and their operations, improving sales revenue, and acting as consultant for clients.


Key Responsibilities



  • Coordinate the Marketing and sales Team ensuring the social media platforms are well managed, leads are followed up until conversion

  • Manage the Customer Support Team to follow up on prospective Clients and book all necessary meetings as and when necessary.

  • Coordinate the Research and Development Team ensuring all research and contents are created for coaching programs.

  • Involve in business development to look for revenue streams and source for partnership with external organisations and people

  • Act as consultant for client in such other matters necessary and incidental to the performance of the roles aforementioned.


Candidate Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in any related degree.

  • Previous experience in coordinating a Team.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing and sales.

  • Previous experience in a remote environment and related tools.

  • Ability to conduct market research and write compelling sales pitches.

  • Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relations.

  • Ability to conduct research.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.


Working hours:



  • Highly flexible and autonomous, but availability needed between 9am and 6pm

  • Must have stable internet connection, power supply and laptop.
