Job Description
As the Operations Coordinator, your duties will include spearheading the various teams and their operations, improving sales revenue, and acting as consultant for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the Marketing and sales Team ensuring the social media platforms are well managed, leads are followed up until conversion
- Manage the Customer Support Team to follow up on prospective Clients and book all necessary meetings as and when necessary.
- Coordinate the Research and Development Team ensuring all research and contents are created for coaching programs.
- Involve in business development to look for revenue streams and source for partnership with external organisations and people
- Act as consultant for client in such other matters necessary and incidental to the performance of the roles aforementioned.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any related degree.
- Previous experience in coordinating a Team.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and sales.
- Previous experience in a remote environment and related tools.
- Ability to conduct market research and write compelling sales pitches.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relations.
- Ability to conduct research.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Working hours:
- Highly flexible and autonomous, but availability needed between 9am and 6pm
