Summary of Job Description



  • We are looking for a highly effective team leader for our community operations team to meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative 

  • Responsible for maximizing the operation’s team potential, and maximizing sales.

  • Managing the community members and the entire Victoria island team.


Responsibilities



  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the community operations team. 

  • Present sales, and revenue reports to management.


Requirements



  • Years of Experience: 2 years experience in real estate sales.

  • Minimum Qualification BA/BSC in any course of study.

  • Strong business sense and customer service expertise.

  • Good work ethic.

  • Excellent people management skills
