  • Oversee and drive the sales team to achieve the set department KPIs

  • Sell the company’s range of products and services directly to existing and new accounts.

  • Identify and acquire new customers, as well as up-selling and cross-selling to the existing customer base

  • Meet planned sales goals and objectives.

  • Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.

  • Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of applications.

  • Participate in developing, presenting, and selling a value proposition.

  • Effectively manage and drive the sales cycle from prospecting through to successful closure

  • Maintain a sustainable and robust pipeline and ensure accurate and rigorous forecasting and account planning

  • Analyze market trends and competitors’ activities

  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close the sale.

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding a product or service

  • Liaise with the marketing department on lead generation and conversion of leads to client


Candidate's Specification



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field

  • Relevant sales and marketing professional certifications are an added advantage

  • Minimum of 7 years of work experience in B2B Sales, managing the company’s account

  • Experience selling software solutions will be an added advantage.

  • Ability to expand the company with new sales, clients/leads, and territories
