We are part of a large construction group in Abuja, Nigeria. We offer multidisciplinary engineering services to our clients.

We are currently seeking applications to fill the following positions in her Infrastructure Department office in Abuja:

Graduate Engineer- Infrastructure Department

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of Bachelor or Higher degree in Environmental Engineering /Civil Engineering or in a related Engineering discipline (within the last 1-2 years) with a minimum of a second - class upper qualification. M.Sc. is an added advantage.


• Must have at least five (5) credit passes in WASCE including Mathematics and English.


• Has hands-on experience in the use of AutoCAD/Civil3D and other common software in infrastructural design.


• Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word & PDF)


• Able to do measurements/evaluations, as well as basic engineering principles/calculations


• Being accurate and fast in basic engineering calculation


• Should have basic knowledge of design manuals in infrastructure design


• Being goal-oriented and able to meet deadlines.


• Very good knowledge in design of Stormwater and Water supply systems.


• Basic knowledge in highway design and transportation systems is required.


• Accountable for assigned works with attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plot and Utilities Design/ Road and Highway Design


• -Drafting of drawings layouts as required by senior engineers


• Work with other engineers in a supporting role


• Writing of minutes of meetings and other site visits or engineering reports


• Prepare basic material take-offs and quantities calculations


• Basic understanding and implementation of the company QM/QC process
