Responsibilities

• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.


• Create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing.


• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.


• Work closely with the development team to improve existing and new products.


• Maintain standards for reliability and performance of the production.


• Ensure products meet customer expectations and demand.


• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role


• Proven work experience in software development.


• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.


• Working knowledge of products and services.


• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
