Job Role:
- Manage the HR function in the organization
- Drive business growth and strategy development
- Lead and manage a team to achieve business targets.
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budget
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
- Recruit and groom talents for optimal performance
- Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
- Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
- Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
- Promote high-quality sales, supply, and customer service processes
