We are building a business development team saddled with marketing and business development activities, one that will be responsible for helping our organizations obtain better brand reputation and recognition, build better clientele, and contribute to the overall growth of the company. A team that will take both scientific and practical steps using modern technologies to achieve an aim. The prospective candidate(s) shall coordinate with company executives and sales and marketing professionals for market adoption and penetration of our product to ensure viability.

Job Description/Responsibility
- Develop and implement a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets, areas of opportunity, and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote the company’s products and services by addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Prepare and close service contracts, ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Build more clients for the company.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
Requirements & Skills
- Proven working experience as a business developer or business development manager, marketing or sales executive or a relevant role
- proven sales track record
- experience in customer support is a plus
- proficiency in ms office and the use of web-based software
