KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Develop and determine all standards to perform inspections and tests on all procedurs, oversee all testing methods, and maintain high-quality standards for all processes.


• Review the quality of all materials, ensure compliance with all projects specifications and quality, and collaborate with necessary departments for materials procurement and quality materials.


• Supervise the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules, ensure adherence to all procedures, and coordinates with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.


• Monitor an efficient system, record all projects activities, and analyze all processes to ensure all work meet quality requirements


• Manage all work methods, maintain knowledge of quality assurance standards, monitor continuous application for all quality assurance processes and recommend corrective actions for all operations.


• Create checklist and test plan based on projects specification


• Coordinates all QC activities with the operations manager


• Oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, equipment specific specification and quality management systems (QMS) requirements


• Implement risk-based inspection (RBI) activities and processes using API 580 and other similar programs to develop internal standard practices


• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and radiographs 


• Determining the causes of products defects and proferring advance solutions
