Job Description

• Answer questions about account types and investment products.


• Ability to communicate in English both in writing and speaking


• Check on the status of customer accounts and track checks and payments


• Review and explain savings and investment earnings to customers


• Assist with profile update


• Assist with address changes


• Take inventory


• Assist and enlighten customers on interest on investment


• Help customers with complaints and question


• Knowledge of using computer appreciations


• Ability to update company's offers on social media


• Attracts potential cutsomers by answering products and service questions.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 0 - 1 year work experience.


• Age must not be more than 24 years old.
