Job Summary



  • We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

  • Administrative responsibilities include making travel and meeting arrangements, being able to prepare reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems.

  • They should be able to provide support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

  • They should be able to multi-task.


Requirements



  • Our Ideal candidate who is aged not more than 25 years old, would have graduated from one of Nigeria’s universities with a minimum of Second Class Honors, Upper Division in any of the Social Science disciplines.

  • The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment.
