• Safely transporting company staff as well as various products and materials to and from specified location in a timely manner 


• Assisting with the loading and offloading of products and materials.


• Adjusting travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction.


• Collect payments and issue receipts .


• Promptly inform the company of any tickets issued against the company vehicle during work hours.


• Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing


• Keep the company vehicle clean and properly maintained


• Providing accurate time record of the company vehicle's coming and goings


• Reporting any accidents, injuries,and vehicle damage to management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred


• Proven experience as a driver


• A valid driver's license


• A clean driving record 


• Familiarity with GPS device 


• Knowledge of area roads and neighborhood 


• Ability to lift heavy packages and luggage 


• Availability to occasionally take weekend and night shift 


• A polite and professional disposition; ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g at rush hour)
