- Provision of sales implementation support to product sales team and relationship managers.
- Ensuring effective migration of customers from legacy channels to new Electronic banking platforms.
- Effective utilization, penetration and tracking of all dormant transaction banking channels.
- Ensuring the effective management of transaction banking solutions deployed.
- Maintaining an appropriate customer contact model.
- Ensuring adequate security and operational process control in the daily operations of Electronicbanking support services.
- Keenly monitor all deliverables and dependencies related to the implementation and communicate regularly to the necessary stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- HND / B.Sc in any field.
- 1-3 years experience as a Client Access Manager in the transaction banking unit.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Must be highly organized.
