Job Description



  • Provision of sales implementation support to product sales team and relationship managers.

  • Ensuring effective migration of customers from legacy channels to new Electronic banking platforms.

  • Effective utilization, penetration and tracking of all dormant transaction banking channels.

  • Ensuring the effective management of transaction banking solutions deployed.

  • Maintaining an appropriate customer contact model.

  • Ensuring adequate security and operational process control in the daily operations of Electronicbanking support services.

  • Keenly monitor all deliverables and dependencies related to the implementation and communicate regularly to the necessary stakeholders.


Job Requirements

Qualifications:



  • HND / B.Sc in any field.

  • 1-3 years experience as a Client Access Manager in the transaction banking unit.


Skills:



  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure.

  • Must be highly organized.
