Job Description



  • Provide First level IT support Call prioritization, categorization, provide First level IT support Call prioritization, categorization.

  • Weekly report to Unit head on number of Logged, open, and unresolved requests

  • Assigning user's requests to different workgroups using fresh service

  • Resolving IT Issuethrough phone/ Teams/ email /service desk portal Service desk alongside other first level functions

  • Must resolve 35%of all tickets logged against Technology Group


Requirements



  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years work experience.

  • Candidates should be proficient in the use of MS excel, CRM, ITIL and data visualization tools


Must have qualities:



  • Proficient in MS office Suites

  • Excellent Verbal Communication

  • Poise and Charisma

  • Nice Grooming & dress sense

  • Confidence

  • Attractive & Good looking

  • Out Spoken / Vocal

  • Interpersonal Relationship
