Responsibilities



  • Plan, implement and oversee the work of staff members to ensure efficiency and compliance with organizational requirements and company procedures.

  • Implement changes to transportation services, policies or scheduling as needed.

  • Prepare daily operations by calling pilots after bus allocation.

  • Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.

  • Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle.

  • Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, retailer sand consumers about our services

  • Establish and conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual report alongside staff training.

  • Analysing data to increase business operational efficiency. maintain records concerning operations and fleet activities; prepare daily reports on operations and activities.


Requirements



  • 2-6years experience as Terminal Manager, Fleet Manager or Logistics Manager in Transportation/Logistics company is a MUST

  • Candidates must reside in Maza Maza or Okota or Ajah and its environs

  • Age Salary:31-47years old
