Job Description




  • Responsible for supporting the development and implementation of human resources initiatives, processes and systems.

  • Driving the implementation of all the performance & talent management processes.

  • Management of the end-to-end recruitment process.

  • Involvement in the development and implementation of employee engagement activities.

  • Support and monitor the annual HR budget process.  

  • Manage the interface with pension and social welfare organizations.

  • Ensure the application of social regulations and legal requirements.

  • Management of the end-to-end payroll process.

  • Responsible for HR analytics for decision -making.

  • Onboarding and training of new employees on all HR applications.

  • Maintaining accurate and current database on all platforms.

  • Prepare and deliver all required HR reports.


Job Requirements



  •  Minimum of 3 years work experience in HR.

  • Minimum of BSC degree in any relevant field.

  • Good knowledge of the labor code and HR regulations.

  • Knowledge of HR operations, policies and procedures.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, metrics, and guidelines.

  • Intermediate level of general office applications.

  • Excellent communication skills.
