Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client onsite support for all Sysserve's application
- Complete understanding of our products and services
- Investigate and resolve clients' issues or complaints
- Participate and serve as a liaison for the support team
- Conduct training sessions for clients on technical and product issues
- Managing product inquiries from clients
- Clean and prepare data for use
- Interpret data generally by/for client
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS
- Good communication/relational skills
- Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced tech environment
- Ability to work onsite and remotely
- Intimate knowledge of an organization's computing systems
- Ability to explain complex ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Listening ability and patience
- Extraordinary customer service and relationship management experience
- Critical thinking skills
