AVAILABLE OPENING FOR SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER IN A REPUTABLE MICROFINANCE BANK IN NIGERIA
The role holder will be responsible for:
- Identifying and implementing new growth opportunities for the Organisation.
- Developing and executing business development and marketing programs.
- Working with executives to implement marketing strategies and new opportunities.
- Encouraging new and existing clients by creating and improving proposals.
- Tracking expenses and maintaining the company budget.
- Ensuring that the company meets revenue targets.
- Developing and pitching ideas for potential investors.
- Help in acquiring new clients and expand existing client relationships.
- Provide strategic direction regarding all marketing, business development and communications activities.
- Develop, review and supervise the Marketing and Business Development plans to ensure alignment with the Organisation’s overall plan.
- Work with Partners to develop client and market-facing knowledge-based marketing tools and materials handbooks, Apps and tools, market know-how, technical updates, training programs and seminars and so on.
- Collaborate with the client teams to develop more work for the Organisation, by ensuring the client is well surrounded.
- Work with Partners and Business Development staff to conduct and promote post-transaction reviews to obtain client feedback and assist in improving client service.
- Monitor, analyse and communicate market, industry, and competitive trends for the Organisation.
