• Manages the virtual sales team - Ensures they meets their daily call quota, Ensures they finish  their task as assigned ,ensures there are meetings booked.


• Manages the sales team- Ensures all meetings are attended and monitors sales


• Train virtual employees


• Remind teams of deadlines 


• Provide suggestions and recommendations when the company isn’t meeting its monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.


• Take notes from virtual meetings 


• Create SOP for the team or monitor the team
