RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Services, Sales) to establish growth strategies to support our revenue goals.

  • Develop and execute the growth plan in conjunction with the marketing team

  • Identify opportunities, threats, and challenges in the market to implement data-driven strategies and world-class campaigns

  • Own and execute performance marketing & affiliate marketing strategies to drive increased ROI across all communication channels

  • Identify and develop channel opportunities with technology partners

  • Create, manage and run AB/MVT experiments with new user acquisition campaigns.

  • Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.

  • Manage SEO strategies for top-of-mind awareness

  • Work closely with the Product Marketing team to optimize our website and manage SEO strategies to ensure excellent online rankings.

  • Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data to drive decision-making.


REQUIREMENTS



  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Google Analytics, Photoshop, Mailchimp, Hootsuite (or, other Social Media Management Systems)

  • 3+ years’ experience in SEO, and growth marketing.

  • Proficiency in analytics, experimentation, and user funnel optimization.

  • A strong understanding and passion for all things digital marketing

  • A highly creative, data-driven, and analytical min

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • In-depth knowledge of website analytical tools and understanding of coding languages

  • Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.

  • Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns.

  • Ability to manage SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.

  • Research-driven knowledge of marketing possibilities in new technologies and emerging trends.

  • Creative mind and experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage and convert.

  • Interest in working with a financial management company required
