Responsibilities

As a Facility Manager, you will:



  • Maintain the security of all facilities within the property by conducting scheduled inspections of security systems.

  • Supervise the activities of the security officers.

  • Inspect, documents, escalates and resolve all building maintenance matters, like roof leaks, plumbing and electrical issues.

  • Develop a planned preventive maintenance schedule that conforms with regulatory standards.

  • Ensure leasing contracts are maintained and adhered to by both parties.

  • Develops and monitors adherence to service level agreement with vendors/contractors.


Requirements

Must-Have for the position:



  • Minimum of a Higher National Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management, Building Management or related Social Science or Engineering discipline.

  • Relevant professional certifications e.g Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Facility Management Professional (FMP)

  • 3 - 5 year's experience in a similar or related role.
