We are looking for a skilled HR and Administrative Officer to deliver human resource solutions to the company. H/She will perform the under listed duties.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the staffing processes as approved by the Management.
Prepare, review and issue permanent employees appointment letters, fixed- term employees contractual engagement letters as well as award letters to contractors upon the Management’s approval
Manage staff discipline and grievance matters
Coordinate staff attendance, punctuality, leave and leave matters
Coordinate the company's performance management processes
Develop, review and implement human resource policies and procedures among other policies and ensure that the policies comply with the relevant regulations
Prepare human resources and administration budgets and expense reports
Manage staff exit exercises in line with the Company’s policy/Management’s directives.
Gather, analyze, interpret and report human resources data
Design employee engagement initiatives
Promote participative management practices in the organization
Perform employee compensation, benefits and salary administration functions
Be actively involved in employee welfare management programmes
Co-ordinate staff training and development programmes
Develop, review the company culture practices and programmes
Design employee retention strategies and activities
Handle all office administration duties
Carry out the attached Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) duties as expected of you by NDPR
Requirements
A minimum of First Degree certificate
An HR certification (CIPM/SPHR/SHRM)is an added advantage
Minimum of 2 years HR experience.
