Job Summary

• Our Company is seeking to hire a Marketer to develop and implement unique ideas to market/promote our company’s products, services or overall brand identity, engage agents and customers, meet and achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive and promote companys’ products, services and overall brand identity


• Identify and sign up new agents to handle bill payment in electricity, telcos and other billers


• Maintain and attract/identify target customers/agents/markets


• Meet/ Achieve set targets


• Daily visits to agents in coverage area.


• Prepare & submit daily report of activities


• Directly Supervise & support Agents Operations to ensure compliance to our Standard of Operation.


• Investigate and promptly report all issues to the appropriate channels for immediate resolution.


• Drive company’s Training and development strategy among agents.


• Forecast and analyze product trends, marketing strategies, and product performance; prepares and presents reports summarizing information; makes recommendations based on analysis.


• Develops and maintains positive relationships with existing and potential clients.

Requirements and Skills

• B.Sc Degree in Marketing or a related field/Certification


• 2-3 years of experience in Marketing


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Excellent Marketing and customer service skills.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
