Our client is a Facility Management Company looking to hire a lead sales representative with excellent sales skills in their reputable company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Train new members of the sales team.


• Generate business and sales leads for team members.


• Effectively manage and coordinate the sales team.


• Build and manage relationship with clients.


• Set and evaluate Sales Team Performance.


• Ability to meet and surpass team's Sales target.

Qualification and Requirements

• OND, HND or BSc in any related field


• 2 years’ experience with facility management


• Experience with tele or physical sales


• Gender: Male or Female


• Proven track record in achieving sales targets


• Good communication skills


• Strong presentation and closing skills

Salary: #70,000 monthly with commission up to #150,000
