Job Summary



  • The direct sales agent will focus on customer acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management and meet with potential clients.


Key Responsibilities



  • Identifying and securing business opportunities.

  • Coordinating business generation activities and developing customised sales strategies

  • Building business relationships with current and potential clients

  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to clients.

  • Collaborating with business. development manager to secure, retain, and grow existing accounts.

  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clients.

  • Working closely with the business development manager to generate new business within large accounts.


Requirements



  • A Bachelor's Degree

  • 1-3 years of sales/marketing experience

  • Must have an interest in marketing HR consulting/outsourcing services

  • Experience in an HR consulting/outsourcing space is an added advantage

  • A good negotiation skill

  • Experience with lead generation and prospect management

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers

  • Persuasive and goal-oriented

  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanour

  • Demonstrated and proven sales results

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
