Job Description
As a volunteer, you will:
- Using your skills and expertise, develop a gender curriculum in line with the local context to advance gender equality
- Develop comprehensible Gender Training Manual to act as a resource for future trainers including training activities and handout materials
- Contribute to capacity-building initiatives to transfer knowledge to the local partner and staff
- Ensure the alignment of PHSEA to the Women at risk international foundation Gender Policy
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant areas (Social Sciences, International Development)
- Relevant certificates/diplomas in Gender and Gender Curriculum Development
- Formal training in Gender Curriculum Development
Essential Background:
- At least 2 years’ experience working on Gender Curriculum development and related projects.
- Experience gender curriculum development and training requirements.
- Excellent oral and writing skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
Start Date: January - February 2023 (flexible)
Placement Length: 6 Months
Language Requirements: English Level 5-Fluent
