Duties/Responsibilities:
- Ensure prospects become buyers through thorough and keenly follow-up calls and smooth relationships.
- Contact potential and existing prospects to inform them of the company's services and offers.
- Convert difficult leads into buyers.
- Use the data provided by the Field Sales and Digital marketing team to pursue promising leads with persuasion and persistence.
- Provide good customer service to prospects and buyers.
- Support the talent team to hand-holding of prospects through pipeline conversion management.
- Collaborate with the talent team to identify resources and fill all client needs without delay.
- Monitor, qualify, manage and close new sales opportunities from all identified digital channels.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any relevant field.
- At least 2-years experience in digital platform sales/leads conversion role
- Self-starter and problem solver
- A customer-focused and goal-orientated mindset.
- Sales experience
- Critical thinking and attention to details
