Duties/Responsibilities:



  • Ensure prospects become buyers through thorough and keenly follow-up calls and smooth relationships.

  • Contact potential and existing prospects to inform them of the company's services and offers.

  • Convert difficult leads into buyers.

  • Use the data provided by the Field Sales and Digital marketing team to pursue promising leads with persuasion and persistence.

  • Provide good customer service to prospects and buyers.

  • Support the talent team to hand-holding of prospects through pipeline conversion management.

  • Collaborate with the talent team to identify resources and fill all client needs without delay.

  • Monitor, qualify, manage and close new sales opportunities from all identified digital channels.


Requirements



  • Bachelors degree in any relevant field.

  • At least 2-years experience in digital platform sales/leads conversion role

  • Self-starter and problem solver

  • A customer-focused and goal-orientated mindset.

  • Sales experience

  • Critical thinking and attention to details
