JOB DESCRIPTION:



  • Determine, and communicate technical and business presales issues to the product management team.

  • Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business.

  • Delivers outstanding presentations and demonstrations of Swifta products to prospective and current clients.

  • Conducting research into the industry – including competitor research

  • Responsible for formulating and leading presales technical/functional support activity to prospective clients and customers

  • Focuses on sales opportunities that need creative solutions and develops productivity tools and training for the sales team

  • Potentially consider new markets or clients to contact, based on knowledge of products and services.

  • Conduct sales activities by driving regional revenue and helping close sales opportunities.

  • Engage in product training to maintain high product knowledge.
