  • We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who is able to represent our company, generate sales, and grow our sales records.

  • You should be able to close deals with public sectors, private sectors and foreign organizations.

  • You should also be able to utilise modern technology and applications in closing deals.


Responsibilities



  • Acquisition of new clients.

  • Lead conversion from numerous marketing channels.

  • Create short- and long-term sales plan with the intention of achieving the given objectives.

  • Consistently meet revenue goals in accordance with company goals

  • Develop possibilities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers.

  • Obtain referrals from the current clientele to widen the sales pipeline.

  • Manage customer relationships.

  • Provide insights for improving the product portfolio based on interactions with and feedback from customers.

  • Manage of key accounts.

  • Develop new accounts.

  • Reporting and operations.

  • Overseeing pre- and post -sales support activities while ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
