Job Responsibilities:
- Product management
- Defining and driving marketing strategy across channels for the full customer lifecycle
- Developing and analyzing goals, performance and other key metrics, using it tinform the overall marketing strategy
- Branding and awareness
- Design and customer experience
- Liaising with the Software development and Customer Services teams tdevelop best customer experiences
- Tracking the performance of ongoing campaigns and report on progress to-founders
- Serving as the digital campaigns data and performance expert
- Taking a consultative approach when working with other departments
- Lead the latest major project development from a technical standpoint.
- Determine ways in which we can leverage our tech services treduce time spent on tasks.
- Derive insight from large amounts of data tmake better informed product decisions.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience in sales and the technology field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
Salary - (150k - 250k)
