Job Description

• We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Montessori teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing a stimulating Montessori curriculum for children aged 2-6.


• The teacher will work closely with the school director to ensure that the program is in line with the Montessori philosophy and that the needs of each child are met.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a Montessori curriculum for children aged 2-6.


• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment.


• Observe and assess each child's progress and adjust the curriculum accordingly.


• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's progress.


• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure the best possible learning experience for the children.


• Attend staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Montessori Certification or equivalent.


• Proven experience as a Montessori teacher.


• Strong understanding of the Montessori philosophy and method


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Patience and the ability to work well with children.


• Strong organizational and planning skills.
