Duties And Responsibilities
- Internal Operations(Follow Steps in the Departmental SOP)
- Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes.
- Arranging and coordinating meetings and events.
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive and confidential information.
- Coordinating the purchase of supplies, equipment, and forms, and approving invoices.
- Mentoring, coaching, and correcting administrative employees as necessary.
- Ensuring operations adhere to policies and regulations.
- Performing other work-related duties as assigned including supporting the corporate compliance team as needed.
Client relations/support:
- Overseeing the preparation, analysis, negotiation, and review of contracts related to purchasing, supplies, products, or services.
- Liaising with clients and suppliers, connecting them with the appropriate managers.
- Resolving customers' problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously.
HR Support:
- Liaising with the Human resource department or company to manage staff and carry out activities such as recruitment, payroll management, and maintaining personnel records.
- Maintaining employee personnel files.
- Assisting managers with personnel issues and administration of personnel policies.
- Overseeing the preparing, organizing, and storing of information in paper and digital form.
- Managing schedules and deadlines.
- Guiding the organization's activities.
- Identifying the opportunities to improve the business policies.
- Ensuring the company is operating securely and effectively.
- Preparing and reviewing operational reports.
- Leading and/or participating in meeting
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 1 year work experience.
Key Success Factors:
- 100% knowledge on labour law, governance, risk, and compliance
- Ability to conduct Performance Management Monthly and Create Performance Improvement Plans
- Ability to carry out Skill Gap Analysis, Soft Skill Training and development Monthly
- Knowledge on Employee Retention
- Ensure Accountability in the Use of Monthly Budget.
Salary
N60,000 / month.
