Job Description

• Collaborate with executives and employees on overall brand message


• Meet with team weekly to determine project plans


• Use colors, typography, shapes, textures, values, and lines to craft the brand standard for use across social platforms and our website


• Create digital posts, videos, banners, and icons for use across our social platforms


• Develop a Millennial Marketing “voice” across social media


• Manage design strategies and projects


• Revise published work to promote brand consistency and overall clarity


• Collaborate with other media personalities to prepare social media content for campaigns


• Develop concepts, mood boards etc for all projects


• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize marketing direction.


• Conduct market research and review previous marketing campaigns


• Present briefs and relevant documentation to the team


• Create informative and entertaining graphics, and audio/video materials for visual communication media


• Manage all projects to ensure a consistent design/message across promotional materials


• Resolve issues as needed throughout project development

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND or OND in relevant fields with 2 - 3 years work experience.
