Job Summary

The Solar Academy Instructor will be part of the Gennex Academy team by helping to train participants so as to grow experts in the solar industry through practical and theoretical sessions.

Main Responsibilities

• Work with the lead facilitator to gain knowledge of course curriculum


• Develop training materials per training session, three hours each day, according to standard


• Work with industry accepted standard to deliver lectures to trainees

Who we are looking for:

• You must be a graduate of Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.


• A minimum of 5 yrs experience


• Possession of certification(s) in certified course in Solar Systems Technology will be an added advantage.


• Strong professionally – credible, flexible, honest and trustworthy


• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.


• Proficient use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
