A young but focused and hardworking Accounts Officer is urgently required as an Assistant Head of Accounts in a Lagos-based stockbroking firm.

Details of the required qualifications, skills and experience is as contained below:

• First degree from a reputable institution.


• Possession of a relevant professional qualification like ACA or ACCA.


• Minimum of four (4) years’ working experience in a Stockbroking Company is required.


• Experience in carrying out reconciliation of bank statements, ledgers and custodian trades required.


• Efficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and in the preparation of monthly management accounts and regulatory returns.


• Computation of tax returns (CIT, WHT, PAYE e.t.c. ) and liaison with tax authorities.
