The ideal Candidate will serve customers by selling products, solutions, and service thereby meeting customer needs.
S/he would also be responsible for designated revenue targets as well as creating enabling environment for team’s productivity and success.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Servicing existing accounts, obtain orders, increase relationship depth, that will ensure growth and continuity
- Establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule Grow sales in existing accounts
- Adjust content of sales presentations/proposals to target prospective customers
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, etc
- Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge of product
- Responds to RFP’s, tenders and develop new sales territory
- Overseeing the activities and performance review of the sales team- schedule monthly, quarterly appraisals
- Promoting organizations product and technologies
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc/HND in any field with a minimum of second class lower
- Cognate experience in IT Sales
- 5 - 10 years verifiable commercial and business experience
- Strong personal sales network in the ICT industry
- Self-motivated with excellent leadership qualities
- Ability to work independently, remotely and effectively within a diverse team
- Good listening, presentation, negotiation and communication skills
- Data-driven and conversant with the use of sales and marketing application programs.
- Remuneration: N300k – N350k plus commission
