Job Description



The Front Desk/Admin Officer will provide support in all Administration, Facility Management, Maintenance and daily office procedures. She will act as the focal point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES



  •  Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies; orders

  • replacement supplies as needed.

  • Creating, updating, and maintaining records and databases

  • Updating policies and procedures

  • Scheduling calendar and updating as needed.

  • Preparing reports on expenses, office budgets, and other expenditures

  • Supporting department managers, staff, and MD

  • Coordinating building and maintenance issues for general repair (heating and air

  • conditioning, security, etc.) and updating (carpet cleaning, painting, etc.).

  • Preparing correspondence, documentation, or presentation materials


QUALIFICATIONS



  • 2-3years Experience as a Front Desk Officer

  • Bachelor degree in business, administration, or a related field preferred

  • Attention to detail Strong knowledge on supply chain and logistics.

  • Possess a strong drive and has the ability to come up with initiatives.

  • Report writing


Salary: 120-140k Net
