• Oversee and supervise factory workers and ensure that factory operations run smoothly and efficiently.


• Develop and implement innovative strategies for growth including sourcing of materials, running the factory and production operations.


• Maintaining quality service by enforcing organization standards.


• Build company image by working closely with customers and suppliers to enure promt delivery.


• Manage operators and factory operations to enusre maximum performance of factory staff, while ensuring that all production orders are completed in a timely manner.


• Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time delivery to ensure customer’s specifications are met.


• Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions for maximum output.


• Screening, recruiting and training new and qualified factory workers.


• Ensure that factory machinery is in good working order, ensure the safe use of machineries, and schedule regular maintainance where needed.


• Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts.


• Generally monitor the work and work practices being undertaken and completed and undertake required testing and checking to identify problems.

About You:

• The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:


• Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial management, logistics, or related field.


• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a factory.


• Certification in production and inventory management as well as quality control.


• Sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment.


• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.


• The ability to multitask.


• Outstanding time management skills.


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Strong leadership and managerial attributes. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills


• Effective communication skills


• Proven experience as Production Supervisor in a Nylon production outfit.


• Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.

• Able to sit, stand and walk around for long periods at a time
