Job Responsibilities

• Managing the design and production of flyers, brochures, posters, banners, and other print materials used for marketing events


• Developing an event marketing strategy including goals, objectives, and target audiences


• Coordinating with event vendors to ensure that all elements of the event are delivered as planned


• Managing the budget for an event, including securing sponsorships and negotiating rates with vendors


• Planning and promoting events such as sports games, concerts, festivals, and charity fundraisers


• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure that all materials are printed or created in time for the event


• Reviewing marketing materials created by outside vendors and approving them before they are used in an event marketing campaign


• Communicating with clients to address concerns or answer questions about an event’s progress


• Researching trends in event planning to develop new ideas for future events

Skills and Requirement

• Minimum of OND in marketing, communications, or related field


• 2-3 years experience in marketing, event planning, or related field


• Proven track record of successful event planning and execution


• Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills


• Strong organizational and project management skills


• Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
