A well established law Firm with offices in Lagos and Abuja is looking for a Lawyer at Senior Associate level to strengthen its Intellectual Property & Company Secretarial practice.

The ideal candidate who will be 6-10 years post call with second class upper grades, should already be working in an established practice and possess the following qualities :

• A self starter with ability to produce first class work with minimal supervision .


• Strong oral and written communication skills with a firm grasp of grammar and legal language.


• A firm grasp of both procedural and substantive law of Intellectual Property.


• Intelligent company secretarial skills with emphasis on Corporate Meetings


• Ability to report and write Minutes of Meetings in precise, concise, and qualitative manner.


• A strong analytical mind with ability to unpack complex legal issues.


• Ability to supervise subordinates and add value to a review process.


• Above average micro computer skills and ability to use social communication media tools to enhance prompt service delivery.


• Above average interpersonal skills and ability to work and lead small teams.


• The candidate should ideally not be more than 35 years old.
