About Role:



  • The L&D Officer will manage and coordinate the learning and knowledge processes.

  • The L&D Officer ensures the Group HR and the business understands the learning management process activities and that these processes are executed properly


What You Will Be Doing:



  • Producing Learning materials (Training or content gathering) for in-house programs and portal

  • Monitoring and Tracking of Learning Journeys and Training plans

  • Analyze the effectiveness of the various learning & knowledge interventions

  • Benchmark processes to world class standards

  • Enhances organizational performance by pro-actively collecting competence development needs based on short and long-term business goals

  • Provides high-quality adequate learning solutions tailored to the individual development plan based on competency profiles and/ or individual needs

  • Measures the impact of learning on organizational performance and the return on investment

  • Identify Learning and Development needs within the organization through job analysis, appraisals, regular consultation with business managers and the HR function across the group

  • Facilitation of soft skills training and induction program

  • Effectively manage the Group L&D cost

  • Monitors development in legislation, regulations, and trends

  • Updates processes according to changes in legislation and policies

  • Provides Team Lead with analysis, feedback, and decision material to further improve the processes

  • Supports the Team Head in developing programs and policies governing the learning process to meet both organizational and individual needs

  • Reports status of competency plan compliance across the group

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Head, Learning and Development


Requirements:



  • A Good University degree with a minimum of 2:1 in any discipline

  • Minimum of 3-5 years post-qualification requisite experience

  • Industrial Relationship management/ knowledge of Labour law (Domestic & International)

  • Study of dynamics

  • Presentation & Facilitation skills

  • Curriculum planning / Analytical skills

  • Team building/conflict management

  • Coaching & Mentoring

  • Organization and coordination skills

  • Initiative /Entrepreneurship/taking ownership

  • General Managerial/administration


Salary: N8M – N11M Annual Gross Pay and other benefits
