  • Client File Opening and Tracking

  • Tracking Client KYC documents and ensuring its up to date

  • Accounting for Intra and Inter department movement of Client's file

  • Relating with Clients and Realtors when needed.

  • Sorting, Filing,and maintaining filing systems for efficient recordkeeping and easy retrieval.


Requirements



  • OND in Accounting or Business Administration

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in related field

  • Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.

  • Organizational and analyticalskills

  • Must be resident along Victoria Island Axis.

  • Smartness, discretion, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

  • Proficiency in Ms-Office

  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and maths skills.
