Responsibilities



  • Take responsibility for leading consulting engagements that help our clients articulate transformational strategies, identify, design, and implement creative business solutions.

  • Identify changes and recommend solutions that will typically involve a combination of customer, process improvement, digital transformation, and operational excellence outcomes.

  • Manage the day-to-day effort and work of the delivery team.

  • Lead workshops and present insights and recommendations enabled by strategic thinking, technical knowledge, and strong and clear communication skills.

  • Take responsibility for delivering high-quality deliverables and outcomes for our clients.

  • Contribute to the development of methodologies, tools and thought leadership papers.

  • Undertake and lead business development activities including the creation of compelling and differentiated value propositions in opportunity pursuits.

  • Support a high-performance culture through coaching and mentoring colleagues as they grow their capabilities, careers and client service impact.


Requirements



  • A minimum of a Second Class Upper Degree.

  • A Master’s Degree is an added advantage.

  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in one or more of the following industries: financial services, technology, FMCG, telecoms, or management consulting.

  • Experience in at least one of the following strategy consulting areas: strategic growth, operational and performance improvement, digital strategy, or other relevant strategy experience.

  • Good understanding of digital and emerging technologies.

  • Demonstrable experience leading project teams is a critical requirement.

  • Strong people management and development skills.

  • Ability to plan, structure and prepare client-ready deliverables.

  • Demonstrated ability to apply structured thinking and analysis techniques to complex and ambiguous problems.

  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Very good proficiency in MS Office suite is essential.
