Take responsibility for leading consulting engagements that help our clients articulate transformational strategies, identify, design, and implement creative business solutions.
Identify changes and recommend solutions that will typically involve a combination of customer, process improvement, digital transformation, and operational excellence outcomes.
Manage the day-to-day effort and work of the delivery team.
Lead workshops and present insights and recommendations enabled by strategic thinking, technical knowledge, and strong and clear communication skills.
Take responsibility for delivering high-quality deliverables and outcomes for our clients.
Contribute to the development of methodologies, tools and thought leadership papers.
Undertake and lead business development activities including the creation of compelling and differentiated value propositions in opportunity pursuits.
Support a high-performance culture through coaching and mentoring colleagues as they grow their capabilities, careers and client service impact.
Requirements
A minimum of a Second Class Upper Degree.
A Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in one or more of the following industries: financial services, technology, FMCG, telecoms, or management consulting.
Experience in at least one of the following strategy consulting areas: strategic growth, operational and performance improvement, digital strategy, or other relevant strategy experience.
Good understanding of digital and emerging technologies.
Demonstrable experience leading project teams is a critical requirement.
Strong people management and development skills.
Ability to plan, structure and prepare client-ready deliverables.
Demonstrated ability to apply structured thinking and analysis techniques to complex and ambiguous problems.
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Very good proficiency in MS Office suite is essential.
