Job Brief



  • We are looking to hire an efficient Office Manager to organize and coordinate administrative duties and office procedures.


Responsibilities



  • Organize office layout and maintain the office condition.

  • Organize and oversee office operations and procedures.

  • Purchase office supplies, equipment, stationeries and maintain proper stock levels.

  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease.

  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

  • Address employees’ queries regarding office management issues.

  • Laisse with facility management vendors.

  • Assist in planning of in-house or off-site activities.

  • Meet company expectations for excellent service to both customers and staff.

  • Coordinate appointments and meetings including management of staff schedules.

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel.

  • Book transport and accommodation for customers and staff.

  • Maintain a friendly professional tone at all times.


Requirements



  • B.Sc in any Management field

  • Minimum of 2 years experience

  • Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook.

  • Excellent time management skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work.

  • Excellent written in and verbal communication skills.

  • Trustworthiness and Reliability.

  • Creativity, Adaptability and Innovative.

  • Team player with friendly and patient personality.

  • Ability to use initiative

  • Team player.
