Job Brief

• We are looking to hire an eloquent and intelligent telesales representative to be responsible for generating sales for our organization.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to staff members to inform them about a product or service.


• Answer questions about products or the company.


• Excellent customer service


• Keep up to date on all product knowledge and information.


• Pursue promising leads with ethical persuasion and persistence.


• Handle tactfully customers grievances.


• Understand customers’ needs and meet a sales quota.


• Respond to staff members via channels assigned to you.

Requirements and Skills

• OND


• Minimum of 2 years work experience in telesales or customer service role.


• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.


• Excellent written and communication skills.


• Ability to use personal creativity and initiative to solve problems.


• Fluency in English and other Nigerian languages.


• Willingness to work weekends, occasional holidays and outside of standard 9-5 business hours.


• Ability to handle rejections.


• Team player with a friendly and patient personality.


• Good knowledge of CRM software and telephone systems.


• Ability to successfully manage stressful conditions.


• Willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits.
