JOB DUTIES

• Prepare the petty cash vouchers with supporting documents


• Process the cash payment as per CSO/BH advice


• Monitoring the cash balance and send the daily payment summary to HO


• Petty Cash receipts request send to CSO approval before reach minimum cash level


• Reconciliation of cash receipts and payments daily basis


• The customer deposit confirmation should be received from the Branch accountant


• The sale orders should be raised as per sales team request on daily basis


• Sales order prices must be within the approved price list provided by CSO.


• Delivery note / Way bill should be prepared as per amount confirmed by Brach Accountant. If any direct cash received from customers, the amount should be deposited in the bank on same day or the next day before 10 am


• The stock request should be raised as per stock level or customer requirement – we do not provide stock statement to customers


• Monitoring stock position on daily basis and should be informed the NON Moving (More than 45 days) stocks to CSO/BH on regular basis


• The physical stock should be taken on daily basis, if any loss or damages should be inform to CSO/BH immediately – daily physical stock taking is not possible. Should be at certain intervals (to determine)


• Daily reconcile of stock receipts and sales dispatch with the physical stock      


• The Rebate indent should be prepared and Emailed to CSO approval


• All the data entries should be updated in the ERP Systems on daily basis


• The accounting and stock records should be closed on daily basis 


• Monitor the company assets on monthly basis and send the report to BA


• Ready to work as per group policy’s & new implementations and additions responsibility provide by management

QUALIFICATION

• HND / B.Sc in Accounting or any relevant discipline from recognized Institute


• 2 -3 years’ work experience as an Accountant in Manufacturing Sector.


• Excellent relationship management skills.


• People oriented and results driven.

AGE: 30 years above.
