What you will be doing:
- Lead, mentor and train the Food & Beverage Operations team.
- Ensure Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained.
- Strategize on new products and service offerings.
- Create unforgettable experiences for our guests and employees.
- Create, encourage and implement revenue generating ideas.
- Be entrepreneurial and think beyond boundaries.
- Provide service that is sincere, warm, and enthusiastic while you take time to get know the guests and be committed to service excellence.
Your experience and skills include:
- Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required.
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
- Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills.
- Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance.
- Proven Food & Beverage operational experience in Restaurant, Banquet and Bar Management.
- Ability to budget and forecast accurately monthly and annually.
- Up to date Food & Beverage trends as well as best practices.
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
- Minimum 4 - 5 years experience in same or similar position with international hotel chains.
- Accor experience will be an added advantage.
