  • Responsible to the Plant Manager for the performance of the production department during their duty / shift.

  • Implements proper guidelines and necessary process control.

  • Will maintain the production planning as per customer requirements & handling customer complaints.

  • Ensures if the machines are running normally and make sure for the availability of operating supplies and materials for continuous operation.

  • To detail labor as required for the different processes, to follow their work and to assists technically.

  • To continuously control the production lines and remedies any deviations.

  • To inform the Maintenance Supervisor and staff of any breakdowns, follow up repairs.

  • To supervise material usage applying the known technical standards.

  • Maintain an acceptable quality standard in coordination with the Quality Control on finished product inspection and sampling. To conduct First Off Check in the event of conversion machine if the Quality Control inspector is not available.

  • Ensures finished products after inspection are sent to the Finished Goods Store (FGS) in accordance with the approved system.

  • To countercheck Production reports entered in KIWIPLAN system.

  • Prepares daily production reports for his shift and submit to the Plant Superintendent.

  • To control waste and investigate the possible cause for corrective actions.

  • Trains and motivates workers to be more productive.

  • Ensures good housekeeping on his area of responsibility.

  • Assumes the role of a Plant In-Charge after regular working hours that concerns discipline, health and safety and taking full control of the departments involved in plant operation

  • Monthly reports to be prepared and submitted in defined format relating all production process.

  • Must be a college graduate preferably engineering course or equivalent.

  • Minimum of five (7) years’ experience related to the same field with modern and high technology machineries.

  • Age between 25-35 years.

  • Computer literate and must know how to deal with people at all levels
