Job Description
This role is to coordinate people and processes to ensure that projects are delivered on time and with the desired results. You will be part of the go-to team for everything involving projects within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Create and design proposals and documentation required for projects
- Create a budget (internal and external) for all projects
- Develop a detailed project plan to track the progress
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and budget
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Attend meetings with stakeholders and gather (detailed) specific requirements for each project
- Managing the day-to-day project activities and resources and leading project management team meetings
- Providing status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues
Qualifications
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledgeable in budgeting
- Proven working experience as a project manager
- Good in both proposal and report writing
- Good interpersonal skills
- Attention to details
- Problem-solving skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- PMP/Prince II certification (is a plus)
- Knowledgeable in the use of project tracking tools
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in a similar position
