We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s MD in Lagos.
To do this role properly you should have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite, be extremely fast at solving problems and have experience as an executive or administration assistant in the past.
Responsibilities
Providing secretarial and administrative support services to the MD
Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
Handling travel and other logistics arrangements.
Organizing meetings; including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the MD's behalf.
Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
Managing the MD's schedule, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
Perform other functions as may be requested by the MD
Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the MD
Examining documents for review
Job Requirements
Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree in any related discipline
3-5 years of work experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant
Excellent MS Office knowledge with added digital skills
Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
Verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
