Role Summary
- Quality control officers make sure completed work and/or work in progress meets the requirements of the plans and specifications.
- Ensuring products meet quality and efficiency standards set by the company.
- In particular to review product quality requirements for projects, to ensure those requirements are understood and implemented to manage the pre-determined quality to meet the requirements of the specifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Assist in maintaining quality control procedures on sites.
- Checking the Project team by ensuring all reports are entered and submitted
- Ensuring all checklists and drawings are distributed to various Supervisors
- Work with senior managers to identify approaches and methods to improve overall quality;
- Note and report on work that does not meet requirements;
- Monitor overall construction performance with regard to technical quality and compliance with design and specification requirements;
- Inspect completed work and/or work in progress to determine whether the work meets specifications and plan requirements;
- Interpret and review shop drawings;
Requirements
- Interested candidate should possess an HND, B.Arch, B.Eng, BSc, M.Arch, MBA or MSc with 3 - 7 years work experience.
